Hey Everyone!

Welcome to the new journey with the Finally Out with Friends hosts Rye & Bea! We understand how important it is to be able to access resources when you're in a situation that you need assistance. So as our first official blog post we are going to be sharing some of the ones we have found here today! Please keep in mind, these are just a stepping stone in the journey. Rye & I are here cheering you on (even if it is just a curious peek!) Please remember how important you are to the world, even if it doesn't feel like it at this moment.

If anyone has any sites they would like to recommend to the community, please do not hesitate to send us an email and I will happily add them to this page!

Find a Therapist

Rye & I both know the importance of having a therapist when you are going through some difficult times. We recommend reacing out to a therapist or counselor if you need someone to talk to. It's never something to be ashamed of, and it is ok if you need the help! Take care of yourself!
